Return Policy

Print Items Return Policy (Business Cards and Print Items)

Because of the custom nature of our printing and product fulfillment processes, we CANNOT accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds of an order from the Business Cards or Print items category on the GreenQStore website (www.greenqstore.com). It is your sole responsibility as the customer to confirm the accuracy of all data, graphics and content contained in your order prior to approving and submitting your order. We fulfill printing and custom product orders automatically from our website, therefore, no one will review or verify the accuracy or visual correctness of your order prior to it being printed or fulfilled. Your order will print exactly as the information was entered and approved by you. GreenQStore is not responsible for any incomplete or inaccurate information or for any typos associated with your order.

Apparel and Promo Items Return Policy

GreenQStore offers a refund or exchange for items listed in the apparel and promo categories (www.greenqstore.com) within 30 days of the date received. Acceptable items are those that have not been worn, washed or damaged and have the original packaging and associated tags. Customers are required to pay the necessary shipping costs to return items to GreenQStore and must contact GreenQStore Support at 1-801-326-2096 for a return label.

Exchanges for items of equal or lesser value will not incur additional shipping charges, however additional shipping charges will apply for exchanges for items of greater value. Please allow 30 days for the exchange process to be completed

Refunds, minus a 10% restocking fee, are offered within the first 30 days from the time the item was received by the customer for items that are not worn, washed or damaged and have the original packaging and associated tags. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received by the warehouse and the item has been determined to be in acceptable condition.

Exchanges and returns with an appropriate return label must be shipped to the GreenQStore warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Sales Tools Return Policy

GreenQStore will not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any item on www.greenqstore.com listed in the Sales Tools category. All sales are final. In the event that an item received is damaged or not the correct item ordered, please contact GreenQStore Support within 30 days of purchase by calling 1-801-326-2096 and we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Closeout Items Return Policy

GreenQStore will not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any item on the GreenQStore site listed in the Closeout Items category (www.greenqstore.com). All sales are final. In the event that an item received is damaged or not the correct item ordered, please contact GreenQStore Support within 30 days of purchase by calling 1-801-326-2096. We cannot guarantee that the incorrect or damaged item can be replaced as inventory may be diminished.
